Since starting play in 2015, Louisville City FC, Kentucky’s only fully professional soccer club, needed to establish a solid fan base and value for sponsors. In order to do this, they needed to understand both of their needs.
The GameDayIQ system gave fans the ability to connect with the team and gather feedback from thousands of regular fans and high value season ticket holders. GameDayIQ enabled new ways for sponsors to interact with fans inside and outside of the stadium. Throughout the season, the teams business management could track the progress after each game.
In 2018, the team was able to increase the value of their sponsorships by US$1.3M USD by demonstrating ROI. In addition, Louisville City Football Club’s fans are engaged like never before with season ticket holders renewing at 82%, the prior highest renewal rate was 64%.
